great place, was kept updated on service and timeline on completion. 2nd time using green dragon technology for troubleshoot and upgrades. fantastic place for folks that don’t have enough time in a day to solve their computer issues. 😂

We have his and her laptops and we pay a small fee every two or three years for Green dragon to take care of our computers. Like everybody else we know how to do some things but computers ain't one of them. We are operators not mechanics Troy, the proprietor, keeps them automatically fixed & updated as to the software, virus protection, and on occasion something will happen and we will get corrupted or erased or whatever and he takes care of it in a prompt, professional, and thorough manner. You cant get the same sort of service at one of the big box stores. you’re going to pay more and get much less personalized service because we tried two or three of them. Green dragon is fantastic and we have Been with Troy about five years now.

Updated now to 2025. We are still getting fantastic service. I was having some trouble logging on to my home Wi-Fi net work and Troy fixed it pronto. Dropped it off at 10:30 and at 4:30 it was ready to go with the problem fixed. Not only that but he cleaned up a whole bunch of junky files, updated my software, brought all of my drivers up-to-date. Texted me to come and get it the next day whenever it was convenient for me. My church also had him build its website and instead of using a service which has the initials PP we have a different contribution link that is costing us A whole lot less money to use. Very very professional and cost a whole lot less than some of the other people that do this sort of work.You will not be disappointed. I noticed he has like 165 five star reviews one 3 star and one 1-star. Some people would be unhappy if you hung them with a new rope.
